My
posts have become too few and far between. Maybe it's because I'm tired
90% of the time; or maybe I simply have nothing interesting to say. I
think it's not the latter because I run my mouth 24/7 but the thought
of writing anything down makes my skin crawl. I was in Austria this
weekend and my friend Eiterherd filmed a piece of it. In the interest
of keeping this news page on its life support system for a little while
longer I have decided to post it here.
I've been a DJ for about 10 years now and have played at some memorable
events, but this Saturday's insanely huge event called In
Qontrol
deserves an honorable mention. The organization behind the whole thing
put us in their schranz/techno/hardcore room. Since it was room #4 of 5
we assumed it'd be one of the smaller rooms there. Turns out it was the
second biggest! Check it out.

reason.) You can see us represent here and in this
short video a loyal TOA soldier who was in the audience made when we
dropped our Void Sector remix. (Needs QuickTime, I'm afraid.)
I'd
say that out of the 20,000 people total in attendence at least 6,000
hung out in our area. Now that is what made this memorable... Not the
amount of people, but that an organization would possess either the
balls (or the ignorance) to put us and our relatively experimental
sound up there. We didn't go too easy on the crowd, either, as is
evident from the track list...

We
were quite pleased to see that everyone was very much into it. Rock the
fugg on! We hope that we've shown that we can successfully move any
open-minded (or half open-minded crowd) and that we'll get booked at
these insanely big raves like this all the time now. There are four
more of these coming up for us this year, so it's looking good! We're
hoping they're going to be just as awesome as In Qontrol was.
